Ownership
- maxmy.energy keeps ownership of the Levin.
Fees
- $60.50 a month: $27.50 device and $33 Pro service. $108.90 setup fee. All amounts include GST.
Minimum term
- 12 month minimum, then month to month.
Early exit
- Remaining device rent to the end of the 12 months, or a buy-out.
Buy-out
- $550 less device rent paid, never below $165.
Lapsed payment and notice
- Written notice comes first, with time to pay.
Remote disable after notice
- The solar, battery and charger keep working on their factory settings.
Return logistics
- A prepaid return satchel. Return window TBC.
Non-return fee
- Amount TBC.
Damage and loss
- TBC.
Consumer guarantees
