The Levin, pricing, Rent, setup, data and partnering.

Not a comparison site. Not a switching service.

The Levin gets more return from the solar, battery and EV kit already installed, lowers energy bills and makes the home or site smarter. If a plan is wrong for the kit, it gets called out. The choice of retailer always stays with the customer.

Product

What is the Levin?

A small hub installed on site that controls solar, battery, EV charger and smart home kit as one system.

Is this a comparison site or a switching service?

No. The aim is more return from the kit, lower bills and a smarter home or site. If a plan is wrong for the kit, it is called out, but the choice of retailer always stays with the customer.

Does it work with any retailer?

Yes. The Levin works with every retailer's plan.

Which brands work?

Most major inverter, battery and EV charger brands. The compatibility page lists tested brands.

What happens if the internet drops?

Control keeps running on site. Reports, updates and remote support resume when the connection returns.

Pricing

What is the difference between Own and Rent?

Own: about $550 once, with optional Pro service at about $33 a month. Rent: $60.50 a month including Pro, $108.90 setup, 12 month minimum, and maxmy.energy keeps ownership.

What does Self-managed include?

Set up for the kit on site, one dashboard, alerts and House Rules, and email support. No ongoing tuning.

Can Pro be cancelled on the Own path?

Yes, at the end of the billing month. The Levin then runs in Self-managed mode.

Refunds?

A change of mind window on unused hardware, plus rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Rent

How does the buy-out work?

$550 less device rent already paid, never below $165. After 8 months it is $330. After 14 or more months it is $165. The Levin then moves to the Own path.

What happens after 12 months?

The rental continues month to month and can be ended with notice.

What if a rental ends early?

Either pay the remaining device rent to the end of the 12 months and return the Levin, or buy it out.

What if payments stop?

Written notice comes first, with time to pay. If still unpaid, the Levin may be collected or disabled remotely after notice. The solar, battery and charger keep working on their factory settings.

How is a Levin returned?

A prepaid return satchel is sent. Return is due within 21 days. A non-return fee applies if it is not returned after notice.

Setup

What details are needed to start?

Name, contact details, site address, a photo or PDF of the latest bill and a rough idea of the kit. The team works out the rest from photos, the bill and the commissioning visit.

Is installation included?

The Levin plugs in. An optional on-site install is about $165 within Adelaide and the Hills.

When does the service start billing?

When the Levin is connected and running, not at purchase.

Does the Bill check show savings?

No. It shows how one connected system helps with the kit and goals selected. Results come from the bill and the kit once set up.

Data and privacy

Is the data private?

Data is used only to run and improve the service and is never sold.

Are app logins needed?

Sometimes. They are only ever shared through a secure encrypted link or an installer access invite, never by email or a plain form field.

Is it safe for the grid?

The Levin controls existing approved equipment and does not change inverter protection settings.

Installers

How do installers partner?

Apply on the installers page. Partners get a fleet console and bulk site onboarding.

Business

Is there multi-site pricing?

Yes. Business starts from $60 a month per site ex GST, with hardware quoted per site and credit terms by agreement.
