How the Levin works

A small hub on site that brings every brand together and runs it around the power bill.

Setup is simple

  1. Order

  2. Bill photo and basics

  3. Bill and photos reviewed

  4. Levin pre-set and shipped

  5. Plugged in and connected

  6. First automations running

  7. First monthly report

Onboarding timeline in seven stages: order, bill photo and basics, bill and photos reviewed, Levin pre-set and shipped, plugged in and connected, first automations running, first monthly report. Durations TBC.

A few minutes online: name, address, a photo of the latest bill and a rough idea of the kit. The team works out the rest from photos, the bill and the commissioning visit.

What the Levin does each day

Charges the battery in free or cheap windows. Holds charge for the evening peak. Shifts EV charging to the best times. Avoids exporting when export pays nothing. Keeps a backup reserve.

  1. 11:00, Charge in cheap windows

Fills the battery when the tariff is lowest or the sun is strongest.

  2. 14:30, Avoid exporting for nothing

Uses or stores solar on site when the feed-in price is zero or negative.

  3. 18:40, Hold for the evening peak

Keeps stored energy for the hours when grid power costs most, then runs the house from it.

  4. 01:10, Shift EV charging

Moves car charging to solar hours or the cheapest overnight rate.

Through every state the Levin keeps a backup reserve: a set share of the battery for when the grid goes down.

Not a comparison site. Not a switching service.

The Levin gets more return from the solar, battery and EV kit already installed, lowers energy bills and makes the home or site smarter. If a plan is wrong for the kit, it gets called out. The choice of retailer always stays with the customer.
